ComplianceForge: Compliance Report Workflows That Hold Up

LONDON — 2026-10-23. Compliance teams rarely fail because they lack checklists. They fail because the report never survives the route from questionnaire to expert review. ComplianceForge (complianceforge.app), an assistive software service operated by Universal Global Services Ltd, was built around that route: a readiness check that produces a prioritized gap list, a document pack generated from your own data, and an export trail that shows what changed and when.

The workflow has three steps

First, a wizard-style readiness assessment across the baseline areas of GDPR, the EU AI Act and the DSA, with a progress bar and an overview score. Second, a prioritized gap list instead of a raw dump of findings — every item ordered by what should be looked at first. Third, six document types — Privacy, Terms, DPA, Cookie, Refund and AI-disclosure texts — generated in English, exportable as MD and HTML with version history and a "generated material" stamp.

Why the export trail matters

Material that cannot be handed to your own experts is material that has to be rebuilt. Exports with version history mean an external reviewer sees exactly what was generated and what changed between versions, instead of starting from a screenshot. The stamp and the content hash tie each export back to the inputs that produced it.
