1. The service
ComplianceForge is an assistive software service. It produces data-based readiness material: readiness checks, gap lists, document templates and recommendations. It does not provide legal advice, does not act as an auditor and does not fulfill regulatory requirements on your behalf. Final responsibility remains with you and your experts.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Do not share access with third parties.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to disrupt the service for other customers.
4. AI-generated content
AI-assisted output is advisory and not binding — the same principle as other AI tools (e.g. Gemini or ChatGPT). Every generated item carries a "generated material" stamp and requires review by a qualified professional before use.
5. Plans, prices and payments
Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and are visible without sign-in. Paid features are being activated: while payments are being activated, no charge is made and no card details are collected.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of regulatory outcome. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms for the service; material changes are announced on this site. You may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation of paid plans takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Governing law
Unless mandatory law says otherwise, these terms follow the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator UGS Ltd is registered.
