How the workflow works
Step 1 — Readiness assessment. A questionnaire-based readiness check runs as a wizard with a progress bar across the baseline areas of GDPR, the EU AI Act and the DSA. You get an overview score and, in the Free scan, first gap indicators — with no payment and no signup required at that level. Completion is measurable rather than aspirational because the progress bar and score are produced from your actual answers.
Step 2 — Prioritized gap list. Instead of a flat inventory of findings, the result is a prioritized gap list: every item ordered by what should be looked at first, so the review conversation with your own experts starts with priorities. The AI layer adds reasoned action proposals from the same data — what is worth having reviewed — in the spirit of a recommendation, not advice.
Step 3 — Document pack and export. Six document types are generated in English from your own data: Privacy, Terms, DPA, Cookie, Refund and AI-disclosure texts. Exports are available as MD and HTML with version history, a content hash and a generated material stamp, so an external reviewer can see exactly what was generated and what changed between versions. Version history is what makes the pack reviewable instead of merely present.
Step 4 — Review and iterate. Reassessment in Pro re-runs the same workflow against updated answers, and the version history keeps the trail from questionnaire to document intact across cycles.

It does: produce data-based readiness material — scores, gap lists, prioritized next steps; generate document templates (Privacy, Terms, DPA, Cookie, Refund and AI disclosures) in English from your data; export documents with a generated material stamp and version history; show prices and answers without a signup wall; and route support requests through support, billing and privacy mailboxes.
